I am happy to help the self builder or diy'er with advice. If gas water drainage crosses foundations they need to be marked. If you cannot obtain the map for the drainage as long as there is access to that aria of pipe i.e. manhole I have detector and transmitter that attaches to a drainage rod. Which I can do for £50.00. Electric detected for free.
